Boyer Bransden Mk3 Electronic Ignition for Triumph and BSA Unit Singles with sidepoints type ignition. This is discontinued by Boyer, I have one left.
What does it do ?
This is a combined power box and electronic ignition system, manufactured by Boyer Bransden, for the BSA and Triumph Unit Singles. It is designed for racing or trials use where lights are not required. This will replace virtually all of your existing electrical system. All that is required is your existing 12V power supply, which can be from an alternator or you could run a total loss battery system, and it is designed to work with your existing 12V coil (needs to be 4-5 ohms primary resistance).
What's in the box ?
Power and Electronic Ignition Box Mk3 with wires and mounting bracket
Magnetic Rotor to replace existing mechanical auto advance
Stator to replace existing points
All required wires and connectors
Boyer Bransden offer a 5 year warranty on all of their electronic ignition systems.
