What payment methods do you accept ?

We use Sagepay to process all of our our Credit Card and Debit Card payments with Streamline, the largest credit card processor in the UK and Europe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. All transactions are carried out on the Sagepay secure servers. If you are in the UK, there are options in the checkout process to make a Bank Transfer, or send a Cheque or Postal Order by post. Please make cheques payable to trialsbits.co.uk

All Credit Card and Debit Card payments will be processed in GBP. Your payment in GBP will be converted to your local currency at a rate determined by the Credit Card or Debit card used for the payment.

How do I know you will deliver the goods ?

We have been trading on the Internet succesfully since 2001, and aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. If you you have any doubts or questions, please just give us a call, or send us an e-mail.

I cannot see all of your site ?

The site has been designed to work with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera with a screen resolution of 800 X 600 and above. If you are using a different browser, or your screen is only capable of lower resolutions, I am sorry but you may not be able to view the site correctly.

What about Taxes and VAT for export ?

The site displays prices including UK VAT at a rate of 17.5% (except Haynes Manuals which are zero rated). If you are purchasing goods for delivery outside of the EU, the UK VAT will be discounted at the checkout. Please note that you may be charged import duty and / or VAT in your destination country. The regulations vary from country to country and are your responsibility.
